La casa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre (facile anche con valigie), la fermata del bus è a 2 minuti da casa e diverse sono le linee bus per Venezia (2, 4L, 7, ed altre ancora), con collegamenti da e per l’isola praticamente ogni 5 minuti a tutte le ore! Rispetto a Venezia isola, la posizione è comoda da raggiungere anche in auto, e non vi sono problemi di acqua alta. Nelle immediate vicinanze è disponibile qualunque servizio (supermercati, ristoranti, copisterie, ecc…). La palazzina è appena stata restaurata esternamente, pertanto offre un contesto piacevole e curato, in cui vivono già altri studenti e famiglie. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso, internamente arredato stile moderno e pratico per l’uso. Le stanze singole e doppie sono molto spaziose, è presente una cucina ben equipaggiata con stoviglie ed elettrodomestici, che si affaccia su una terrazza esclusiva di ampia metratura; entrambi i bagni sono provvisti di doccia e inoltre vi sono due locali accessori (salotto e sgabuzzino). Il riscaldamento è autonomo, è presente una connessione internet in fibra molto stabile, tv e satellite. I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili, parlano inglese-spagnolo-tedesco. The house is located 5 minutes walk from Mestre train station (easy to reach even with luggage), the bus stop is 2 minutes from the house and there are several bus lines to Venice (2, 4L, 7, and others), with connections to and from the island practically every 5 minutes at all hours! Compared to Venice island itself, the location is smart to reach even by car, and there are no problems of „high water“. Any service is available nearby (supermarkets, restaurants, copy shops, etc...). The building has just been restored externally, therefore offering a pleasant and well-kept environment, in a context favourably chosen by other students and families. The apartment is very spacious and sunny, internally furnished in a modern style and practical for use. The single and double rooms are very spacious, there is a well-equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances, with access to an exclusive large balcony; both bathrooms have a shower and there are also two ancillary rooms (living room and storage closet). The heating system is autonomous, there is a very stable fiber internet connection, TV and satellite. The owners are friendly and helpful, speaking English-Spanish-German. EINZEL- UND DOPPELZIMMER FÜR STUDENTINNEN Doppel- und Einzelzimmer in Mestre, ideal für Studentinnen, die nach einer praktischen, lebenswerten und ruhigen Lösung suchen, in einer Wohngemeinschaft mit anderen Mädchen. Das Haus liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Mestre entfernt (auch mit Koffern ist leicht zu erreichen), die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt und es gibt mehrere Buslinien nach Venedig (2, 4L, 7 und andere), mit Verbindungen zur und von der Insel praktisch alle 5 Minuten zu jeder Zeit! Im Vergleich zur Insel Venedig ist die Lage auch mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen und es gibt keine Probleme mit dem venedigen „Hochwasser“. Jeder Service ist in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Kopierläden usw.). Das Gebäude wurde gerade von außen renoviert und bietet daher eine angenehme und gepflegte Umgebung, in der andere Studentinnen und Familien bereits leben. Die Wohnung ist innen sehr geräumig und hell, modern eingerichtet und praktisch für den Gebrauch. Die Einzel- und Doppelzimmer sind sehr weiträumig, es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr und Geräten, Zugang zu einer exklusiven großen Terrasse; Beide Badezimmer haben eine Dusche und es gibt auch zwei Nebenräume (Wohnzimmer und Abstellraum).
