Dear Guest, I am pleased to welcome you to my apartment. It has been prepared with great love to make your stay in Milan complete with all the comforts! Its modern and slightly eclectic> The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-kept Milanese building with an elevator. It has a nice balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the street in which it is located. Entering the apartment on the left you will see a lively living room which includes a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. The last communicates, through a sliding door, with a kitchen complete with all the necessary for cooking. The sleeping area is located on the right side of the apartment and has a light double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath and all the essentials. The district is very quiet and offers countless services, all at your fingertips at any time of the day. You are just a few steps away from the enchanting Milan Navigli area and the New Darsena, a part of the city that will make you fall in love with it, thanks to the slow flow of the canals and the countless boutiques of creative artisans, bars and restaurants that populate the entire area. All these aspects contribute to creating a magical and, at times, almost surreal atmosphere, out of time that will remain in your heart forever. Here, there are also important streets – via Tortona and via Savona which host major events, such as the Salone del Mobile and the Fashion Week. Finally, just a short walk from the house there is the Mudec, Milan's Museum of Culture, which offers fascinating In Piazza Bolivar, just below the house, there are several buses at your disposal: by No. 50 you can reach in a few stops the metro stations of Conciliazione M1, Cadorna M1 and M2 (connected by train with Malpensa airport) and Cairoli M1. Then there are other buses available in the adjacent streets to go to any area of interest in the city you want. In case the guest doesn't want to send the documents through Airbnb, whatsapp or by email, the guest must provide a copy of the documents to deliver for the person who will be checking in at the time of check-in. The document to be presented must have at least: full name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, place of dispatch and obviously identification number (of document), as a suggestion, provide a passport. The responsibility of arranging it's yours (guest's responsibility) and failing to do this must result in a fine of € 500 per guest, in addition to having consequences with the police and government. ????Delightful appartment in the middle of Navigli???? Our home is in the middle of Navigli, Milan design, food and art area, 200mt from Porta Genova subway station. Internal courtyard, so is nice and quite when you come home. All comfort inside: high speed WI-FI, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, micro-wave. (Dryer with a 5€ supplement). Perfect for couples and friends that want to live one of the most fascinating areas of Milan. Crib and changing table make it perfect also for babies. For problems or support, we live 50mt away. The apartment has a living room and kitchen separated from the bedroom and the bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa, a round table where 4 people can sit comfortably, a bookshelf (partially furnished to give the "home sweet home" feeling), and a small wooden table. The kitchen has microwave, oven, burners, dishwasher, fridge, kettle...al perfectly functioning. Fridge is an old fashioned Smeg. The bedroom has a very spacious closet, with clothes hangers, drawers and shelves. The bed itself, if lifted, has a storage space (for exemple, for your luggage). The bathroom is divided in two parts: first, the sink and the washing machine, then the bathtub, toilet and bidet. So two persons can easily use the bathroom at the same time. Milano, Lombardia, Italy Navigli is a charming district, where you can have a pleasant walk or have an aperitivo Milanese. It is nice in every season to walk there, with a smooth breeze on your face. There are two canals, which are called Naviglio Grande and the Naviglio Pavese (the word Naviglio itself means the Canal in Italian). Both of them are surrounded by different types of cafés, restaurants, bars, design shops, art galleries etc. Usually what we do is just to start our evening having an aperitivo in Navigli, choosing one random restaurant we’d like to sit and then head to a bar to continue our night-out! Since this district is full of options, it become the first destination! Only thing you need to do in order to reach there is to take the green line with metro and take off in the stop called Porta Genova, the second alternative is as always the tram if you’d like to enjoy the city sight at the same time in your journey. There is held the vintage bazaar every last Sunday of the month and if you are lucky you can catch it in your trip as well!
