La sistemazione è ottimamente connessa a pochi metri dal passante ferroviario Lancetti e dalle linee 90,91,92,2. La fermata della metro gialla Maciachini si trova a circa 8 minuti a piedi tutti i servizi sono a pochi passi. E' disponibile parcheggio in box privato per 50 euro mensili. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata (è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici: condizionatore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno dual cook, smart tv, asciugatrice, robot aspirapolvere) e la stanza in affitto è molto ampia (circa 18 mq) con pavimentazione in parquet.
