        Key responsibilities will be: • To generate high-quality Learning leads and convert to sales for Certification Services and other SAI Global products and services by executing managed business-to-business conversations • Focus to be on the core target markets for SAI Global Assurance in CESA, specifically Retail, Food Processing & its Supply Chain and Primary Processing. Including Management systems and other certification services • To work closely with the General Manager â€" Strategic Accounts to identify new business potential and plan coordinated Learning business development strategies to maximise SAI Globalâ€(TM)s exposure and opportunities • To gather business environment data; position product/service features and benefits with prospective clients and to match these to identified business needs; qualify prospectâ€(TM)s need, authority, timeframe to purchase and budgetary information, converting to sales where appropriate Duties: • Outbound prospecting, engaging with decision makers within focus groups, industry bodies and major food processing organisations to produce lead generation • Growing the Learning division through the effective management of business development activities within the Division. Propose consulting services for digitalization of machines or plants and for improving the energy efficiency, with the aim of increasing services of assistance, maintenance, sale of spare parts packages and updates; Cooperate with the marketing and business development teams, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities; Develop tools, reports / dashboards in order to evaluate sales trends in comparison with budget, thus allowing the Management to define the annual forecast; Influence the main stakeholders and the Customer’s “Decision makers”; Deep knowledge of the market and the competitors’ offer; Responsible for the annual target of the digital portfolio within Customer Service. Who are we looking for? A candidate with the following features: Passionate and prepared to manage issues related to technological innovation in Industry 4.0: IoT and Industrial Clouds; At least 5 years experience in sales of technical services within industrial automation, with a products’ portfolio made of machine control and control devices, electric motors and drives; Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation or Technical High School Diploma; General knowledge of drive techniques, electric motors, motion control, PLC; Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international; Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken; Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team What can we further offer?
