La nostra scuola, una vivace realtà, situata nel pieno centro della città ospita ogni anno tantissimi studenti stranieri desiderosi di immergersi nell'autentica vita italiana; per questo motivo ricerchiamo famiglie disponibili ad ospitare tali studenti e condividere con loro i momenti salienti della giornata (come la colazione e la cena). Possibile utilizzo di lavatoio comune sul terrazzo condominiale o lavanderia distante ad un solo isolato. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada o parcheggio in garage a pagamento. Vicinissima palestra. Bus anche notturni diretti in Vaticano, centro, Policlinico Gemelli. Metro a Battistini raggiungibile con due fermate autobus o a piedi in pochi minuti. Tre supermercati, mercato rionale, ristoranti, pizzerie, banche, ufficio postale. Cercasi persona pulita, educata, rispettosa degli spazi comuni, degli oggetti in dotazione dell'appartamento e di poche e semplici regole di convivenza, nonché coscienziosa nei consumi. Non è possibile ospitare animali in casa. Non è possibile fumare in casa. Affitto mensile euro 450 per una persona, euro 500 per due persone. Spese utenze e pulizie obbligatorie euro 200 mensili. Weekly cleaning on Tuesday morning with linen change completely provided by the house, kitchen control and rearrangement on Friday afternoon. Possible use of a common wash-house on the condominium terrace or laundry just a block away. Easy parking or garage parking for a fee. Very close to the gym.
