Reporting directly to the Regional Legal Lead Southern Europe, your accountabilities will include:Day-to-day responsibility for providing accurate, effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support on commercial and contractual matters of significant strategic and/or financial value;Draft and negotiate strategically significant high value/complex enterprise contracts and other legal documents relating to deals with major multinational companies operating in the SE Region;Define, develop and implement strategic complex projects across SE Region;Identify areas of risk in relation to commercial and contractual legal issues and assisting in providing solutions to manage the risks. Nuova realtà editoriale con sede in Gran Bretagna cerca stagista (lawyer) assunto con regolare contratto di Stage / internship. L'offerta è riservata esclusivamente a soggetti di età inferiore ai 29 anni che abbiano conseguito un titolo di laurea presso un ateneo legalmente riconosciuto entro e non oltre i 12 mesi (neolaureati). Lo stage permetterà al candidato di formare esperienza nella gestione della contrattualistica di un'azienda del ramo editoriale (publishing law) in qualità di Responsabile del settore legale, ivi inclusa la redazione di contratti personalizzati per autori, illustratori e collaboratori. L'obiettivo dello stage è quello di formare una figura legale esperta nel settore publishing law che sia in grado di coordinare l'attività legale della casa editrice e gestire il reparto legale in ogni suo aspetto, interfacciandosi con il team e con i potenziali clienti. Il candidato ideale è un neolaureato in giurisprudenza, con ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e dimestichezza con il pacchetto office. Corsi ed attestati specifici nel settore editoriale (ramo legale) saranno considerati titoli preferenziali nella scelta. Completano il profilo: predisposizione al lavoro in team, ottime capacità relazionali e di problem solving, autonomia, dinamismo e flessibilità oltre a disponibilità totale al lavoro in mobilità - online ed un interesse nel settore operativo dell'azienda. La durata dello stage è di 6 mesi. Non è previsto rimborso spese. Orario part time (4 ore al giorno). Sede lavorativa: telelavoro / remoto.
