Key Responsibilities - support and guide Logistics Service Provider on the processes, systems and management of the operations; - be system and process owner and continuously optimize warehouse utilization and efficient routing; - support implementation setup and configuration of WMS; - become the linking pin between LSP and the central management team in Milan regarding daily operations; - coordinate warehouse, analyse process and suggest system changes for new commercial propositions; - be involved in KPI monitoring and analysis, and weekly operations review sessions with LSP; - coordinate communication and activities between central management team and LSP.
