The room is about 15 m2 and can be a double room for single use, or the beds can be split and the room can be arranged to accommodate 2 people (see photo). It is a nice and bright room, clean and tidy, in perfect condition. In the room there is also a large wardrobe with 4 doors, chairs and a desk. There are also drawers and shelves for storing your things. There is also a nice kitchen, with oven, fridge and everything you need, a large living room with two sofas, furniture, TV, and a dining table with chairs. Bills are to be paid separately, all costs are estimated. Currently internet connection is not active, but can be activated. The water is included in the condominium expenses which are compulsory expenses to be paid separately and are about (hidden) euro per year, so about 80 euro per month. It has an independent heating system so the gas depends on the consumption, just like the electricity. This is the flat where my son lived when he studied at the Polytechnic of Turin. I am looking for 1 or 2 tenants who know each other and want to share the room. The area is very well served and connected, with many public transport stops (bus, metro). About 20-25 minutes by metro to get to the Politecnico. Many shops and supermarkets are within walking distance (CONAD 2 min walk), banks and pharmacies (4 min walk). È una camera bella e luminosa, pulita e ordinata, in perfette condizioni. Nella stanza c'è anche un ampio armadio a 4 ante, sedie e una scrivania. A vostra disposizione anche cassetti e scaffali per riporre le vostre cose. A disposizione anche una graziosa cucina, con forno, frigorifero e tutto il necessario, un ampio soggiorno con due divani, mobili, TV, e un tavolo da pranzo con sedie. Le bollette sono da pagare separatamente, tutti i costi sono stimati. L'acqua è inclusa nelle spese condominiali che sono spese obbligatorie da pagare separatamente e sono circa (hidden) euro annui, dunque indicativamente 80 euro al mese. Ha un sistema di riscaldamento autonomo quindi il gas dipende dal consumo, proprio come l'elettricità. Attualmente la connessione internet é assente, ma puo' essere attivata. Questo è l'appartamento dove viveva mio figlio quando studiava al Politecnico di Torino. Cerco 1 inquilino o 2 inquilini che si conoscano e che vogliano condividere la stanza. La zona è molto ben servita e collegata, con molte fermate dei mezzi pubblici (bus, metro). Circa 20-25 minuti di metro per arrivare al Politecnico.
