Fantastic apt renovated with modern finishes with all the comforts (TV, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer). Located 100 meters from Porta Romana Metro, tram and bus and 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Easy to reach by car and from the airpo The apt has been just renovated and all the rooms are very unique and well equipped. You have a dining room when you get into the house where you find a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a table, TV, WIFI and a fridge. Going on left you find the kitchen with everything you need to feel yourself at home. Then there is a very beautiful bathroom with the washing machine and the shower box. At the end there is a spacious room with a double bed and a very big wardrobe where you can put your stuff into. In all part of the house you can find paiting which make the house very unique. The fifth person will sleep on a very comfortable airbed;) The neighborhood is one of the most lovely of all Milan, nice and quite but with the right place to go during the night. There is an ancient Arch at the entrance from which a long and wide street. Parking is also very easy to find. All public transportation (metro, tram e bus) are at 2 mins walk and the amazing thing is that Duomo (the center of Milan) is just 8 mins walk. The two big windows with a nice view make the room very light. The flat is located in Via Saffi, near Porta San Felice. You have a bus station with many different bus lines close by. Also the airpot shuttle stops nearby. With the bus you're able to go to the centre of Bologna in 10 minutes, by foot it takes 20-25 min. Additionally one has to mention the several grocery shops close by, but also a selection of bars and restaurants. The famous Via del Pratello, where all the student bars are located, can be reached in 10 mins by foot. There is one male flatmate, he's very nice. He likes to do sports and is a student as well. The room is huge (I'll post some pictures when I'll go back to Torino, as I'm on vacation) and it faces a silent street. Welcome! - To get the city center in a few steps you can reach the metro stop Lima from which you can go to the center in 5 mis, the place is extremely served by public transportation. - If by train, from Central Station you can get the metro to Loreto (green Line) and the red Line to Lima or you can even walk and in 10 mins you are at the apt - if you come by flight to Malpensa, get the Malpensa Express and then red metro Line to Lima - if you come by flight to Linate, you can get a taxi and in 20 mins you are at the apt or the bus 73 to San Babila metro station and then take the red metro line to Lima - if you come by flight to Bergamo, take the bus to Central station and then you can get the metro to Loreto (green Line) and the red Line to Lima or you can even walk and in 10 mins you are at the apt • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in time is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Spese di pulizia: €60
