Nell'affitto sono incluse le spese di condominio (12 euro) e la revisione annuale della caldaia. Le utenze mensili -dipendenti tutte dai consumi individuali- si aggirano intorno ai 50 euro mensili, forse qualcosa in meno d'estate e qualcosa in più in inverno.
