Il candidato ideale è in possesso di adeguato titolo di studio ed ha maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza nell’ambito richiesto, in realtà complesse e dinamiche. Qualification & Requirements: • Site survey to define the technical site specification; • Identify and evaluate the major constraint like site access, power connection and telecom connection • Manage the itemized (Computo metrico); • Evaluate, identify and propose the simplest solution in terms of time – cost – quality; • Topography check; • Managing parts of construction projects; • Monitoring the material delivery; • Overseeing building work; • Undertaking surveys; • Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure the compliance with Detailed Design; • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager; • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site; • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to; • Telecom Installation knowledge; • Manage energy supplier, survey, check work of predisposition; • Check document acceptance for civil works and telecom installations; • Proficient in English. BFP GROUP is looking for a Free Lance Health & Safety Engineer with experience of at least 2 years as HSE Supervisor on Solar and Wind Plants Requirements: – Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil/Environmental) – Experience in HSE supervisions and inspections of Solar and Wind Plants (at least 2 years) - Knowledge of Italian Health & Safety rules, procedures and national regulations – The knowledge of English language is considered a preferential requirement - Full availability for national travels to work on site during construction and/or operation - Proven possession of the following certifications: Health and Safety Training, Fire Prevention Course, Safety Coordinator for the Design and Execution of Works (CSP/CSE), PES and PAV Course. Main activities: - On Site inspections and supervisions to ensure that health and safety requirements and governmental legislation are respected - On site assistance to the HSEQ Manager - HSE training courses to ensure that workers are trained to perform their roles in complete safety and quality - Monitoring of equipment, ensuring that health and safety measures have been respected -Identification of potentially hazardous situations and measures to correct them - Development of programs and strategies that protect employees from workplace hazards - Verification of the regularity of site workers (regular employment contract, safety training, health suitability for the job, etc.); - If required, back-office support that oversees all administrative duties for a project construction site and technical support for checking the safety conditions of the works and the application of the provisions and requirements of the safety and coordination plan - Drafting and/or verification of the operational safety plan - Verification and support in the preparation of any missing documents; - Document Management, ensuring accuracy of data on documents and certificates.
