      Importante gruppo industriale, per potenziamento del proprio organico, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una Head of Trade Marketing & Marketing Communication Il/la quale, rispondendo al Direttore Marketing di gruppo, avrà la responsabilità dell’attività di comunicazione interna ed esterna, coordinando le risorse dedicate alla gestione dei siti web, dei canali social, del procurement marketing e field marketing, delle realizzazioni ed elaborazioni grafiche per le varie attività e pubblicazioni. Dovrà gestire i fornitori per la parte media, digital, eventi, materiale promozionale e gadget, pubblicazioni e stamperia. In collaborazione con le agenzie si occuperà della redazione e dei follow-up dei piani editoriali dei media offline e dei media online per web e social, di tipo istituzionale o mirati a singoli progetti. Avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e realizzare gli eventi istituzionali pianificati con la Direzione, in collaborazione con lo staff e con fornitori esterni. Sarà di supporto alle attività di relazioni esterne e press conference. Infine coordinerà le risorse interne ed esterne, per progetti strategici di sviluppo o di supporto ai canali di business e/o all’area commerciale sia in Italia che all’estero. Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso di Laurea ad indirizzo Marketing e Comunicazione ed ha maturato un’ esperienza pluriennale in ambito comunicazione e marketing, nel coordinamento di risorse per i vari progetti e nella gestione di fornitori esterni, in realtà strutturate con prodotti preferibilmente a contenuto tecnico, dove ha acquisito competenze nella pianificazione media on e off-line e nella gestione di campagne di social media marketing e di progetti internazionali. Ha ottima padronanza nell’utilizzo dei vari social networks, ottime doti di comunicazione; è dotato di spirito di iniziativa ed è in grado di motivare un team di lavoro. Ha buona padronanza della lingua inglese e dei principali applicativi Office. Resistenza allo stress, flessibilità e ottime doti organizzative e precisione nella gestione delle scadenze e nel monitoraggio delle spese di budget completano il profilo.
