La risorsa si occuperà nello specifico di gestire i reclami con attività di Problem Solving, supportare la redazione di documenti Flowchart/CP/FMEA, svolgere audit di processo (VDA 6.3 e IATF), e applicare i principali Quality Tools. La posizione è ben inserita nella struttura aziendale, si interfaccerà con tutte le funzioni aziendali e riporterà ad un Quality Director. Il candidato è performante e ha maturato 2-3 anni di esperienza in aziende di produzione in serie nel settore automotive o general manufacturing.
