This Prestige 460 is a really special boat. Sanlorenzo SD112 Les Bruxellois in top condition for sale. The yacht is completely serviced and turn-key for the upcoming 2022 season. Les Bruxelloise is in top condition and MCA coded.  This 2017 semi displacement yacht equipped with five cabins, is one of the latest SD112s ever built. Meg is a 2017 Ribeye S650, paired with a Yamaha 200hp outboard with 258 hours. This was at the time, the highest spec Ribeye S650 ever made and even today she stacks up amazingly. With only one owner, she has only received light use since new. She has never been anti-fouled and has lived on launch and recovery with us. Her condition is therefore exceptionally good for the boats age. Twin SCOTS suspension seats make using this boat in the rough an absolute pleasure. She is capable of over 50 knots on a good day!The later generation console gives excellent protection, and stylishly holds the battery isolator, twin speakers as well as all the standard controls. A large Garmin Chart plotter is pride of place in front of the helm, a Garmin VHF within easy reach. All of the Yamaha displays are in the centre of the console. Hydraulic steering makes the Yamaha 200 hp motor easy to control. Serviced annually since new she has just 257 hours on her. She has just received a full engine service and is ready to go for the 2024 season. The rear bench layout offers excellent storage, and an incredibly comfortable seating position. All of the seating is in /"Silvertex/" carbon with red piping and is unmarked throughout the boat. The large stainless steel A frame gives great ski tow point, as well as holding the nav lights and giving great hand holds. No trailer - We are able to supply one if required!

A classic Princess 20 Metre from 2000. This boat was 15 years in its previous ownership and maintained to a very high standard. The interior is all original and shows little signs of wear and in extremely good condition. During 2018-2019 this vessel has been ashore and had the whole of the top side professionally repainted to an extremely high standard. The hull band is original and in extremely good condition, not needing painting or repair. The top side repairs were due to sun damage and overcleaning but now presents better that new. The teak side decks and platform have been removed and replaced with 9mm Burmese teak, not the quick turn farmed teak which tends to be soft. During this time, the two deck cranes have new motors, dyneema lines and have been fully refurbished. Notwithstanding this there have been lots of electrical items replaced and all systems checked and put back into working order, including 15 new batteries and two battery chargers. Engines and generator have been fully serviced and new Strong shaft seals fitted. 50 meters of new anchor chain calibrated and stainless bow protectors. On the outside the boat benefits from all new sunbrella upholstery to helm seats, bow cushions and flybridge seating. Not to mention a new Bimini and aft closing kit.  This vessel is in first class order and I believe the best 20 metre afloat today. It has all the cut glass, Villroy and Boch crockery and Princess cutlery, bedding for each cabin and matching quilt covers, plus all the other usual benefits of a boat in this class. Virtually turn key and ready to go for the season.   This is a very solid well built family cruiser, ready to go for a fraction of what it might cost today for a new equivalent. I believe that if you are genuinely looking for this sort of boat, the first to see would buy.
