_____for english see bellow______ L'appartamento di 80 m² circa, è in palazzo anni 20 (bello caldo in inverno, fresco in estate), al secondo piano, con portineria, citofono e ascensore, ci sono 3 stanze, un bagno con vasca, bidet e lavatrice, una piccola e pratica cucina, con forno a gas. La pressione del acqua è eccellente. L'appartamento è al angolo viale Abruzzi e viale Gran Sasso, vicino 100 m della piazza Argentina e Corso Buenos Aires, un po avanti si trova la stazione Milano Centrale. I giardini pubblici Indro Montanelli dove ci sono il Museo Civico di Storia Naturale e il Planetario di Milano si trova a duemila metri. Qui dietro, a 5 minuti in bicicleta, si trova il Politecnico di Milano e un po più avanti la stazione Milano Lambrate e poi per chi ha la macchina, la uscita a tangenziale Est. Proprio sotto, di fronte alla entrata del palazzo c'è la scala di accesso alla metropolitana VERDE e poi, vicino, in piazza Argentina l'accesso alla metropolitanta ROSSA. In zona, quindi ci sono le fermate LORETO della MM1, MM2, 92, 91, 90, 81, 62, 56, 55, 39, 1, 174, 965, NM1, NM2. A 8 minuti della stazione FS Milano P.ta Venezia (passante).
