Hofmann Services ricerca per azienda cliente settore logistica e trasporti SOLUTIONS DESIGNER Il Solutions Designer progetta e segue l'implementazione di soluzioni "Business" e "IT 4 Business" in linea con i requisiti di business e le policy aziendali. Il Solutions Designer opera perseguendo i seguenti obiettivi: - Definire e disegnare soluzione per il Business, in linea con la strategia aziendale ed I requisiti Business ed IT, definiti con la funzione di Demand e le policy aziendali. - Supervisionare e/o supportare i team di lavoro-progetto, verificando la conformità con la soluzione disegnata e partecipando alla risoluzione di eventuali criticità emerse durante le attività progettuali. Principali responsabilità/attività: - Comprensione di requisiti di alto livello e definizione di requisiti di dettaglio. - Supporto alla definizione delle specifiche funzionali e dei requisiti qualitativi. - Collaborazione con il comparto IT per la valutazione dell'ecosistema applicativo nel suo complesso, per la definizione della corretta soluzione software, per identificare opportunità di miglioramento e di evoluzione strategica. - Collaborazione / supervisione dei team di progetto e sviluppo per verificare il rispetto del disegno progettuale e risolvere criticità ad esso riconducibili - Definizione delle linee guida per la scelta delle soluzioni, prediligendo un approccio verso soluzioni di mercato di tipo SAAS ed in Cloud e scoraggiando l'utilizzo di soluzioni custom, al fine di non creare lock-in nella gestione e nell'evoluzione delle applicazioni aziendali - Interazione con gli altri gruppi di lavoro (sia applicativi che infrastrutturali) e con i principali fornitori del panorama IT. "Solution Designer -NT/1229 Il candidato all'interno dell'Ufficio Tecnico-Commerciale ha il compito, in coordinamento con gli altri membri dell'Ufficio, di sviluppare i progetti dei clienti al fine di assicurarsi che sia in grado di acquisire la commessa. Insieme ad altri membri del team di Commerciale e Tecnico-Commerciale, Application Engineer e Sales Project Manager (SPM), in base alle esigenze del cliente e ai suoi criteri decisionali, il Solutions Designer il Solution Designer è responsabile dello sviluppo dei concept di progetto, della loro valutazione e della selezione del concept “best in class” che soddisfa i requisiti del cliente nel modo più conveniente con il minor rischio. Inoltre, è responsabile della progettazione di dettaglio e dei costi della soluzione e dell'interazione con l’Application Engineer ed il team di Realizzazione, nonché della generazione della documentazione finale (esterna ed interna) del progetto. Supporta la SPM e il Sales Team nelle parti tecniche, fungendo, per questo, anche come interfaccia del cliente. Il Solution Designer lavorerà sia su nuovi progetti che su modifiche ed estensioni di sistemi d’automazioni di clienti esistenti. Questo seconda funzione potrebbe diventare un focus specifico dopo un primo periodo di integrazione. Il contributo al successo della figura è quello di fornire soluzioni capaci di acquisire la preferenza e la soddisfazione del cliente, basate su soluzioni/sistemi/moduli standard e che sono state valutate in modo competitivo e accurato con tempistiche di progetto coerenti. Sulla base delle esperienze e delle capacità sarà pianificato un periodo di formazione. Potrebbe essere considerato nel periodo di formazione un diverso incarico presso la casa madre (Austria).
