In the center of Milan and a few steps from the Duomo and the shopping streets, I rent a studio apartment 25 mq with wooden floors and exposed beams. The room is very bright thanks to a French window that opens onto a quiet street. The services are equipped with shower and the kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, table, pots and dishes. The bed is single with drawers, ideal for a professional or a traveler. You can use the free Wi-Fi in Milan. It is located on the third floor without a lift. The area is well served by tram and metro for all directions. Maximum rental 15 days. Price starts from € 60.00 per night. The price may vary according to the holidays and events. It includes water, electricity, gas and bed linen. The check-in time is to be agreed.

Did I mention how great the neighborhood is?;) This little gem of a neighborhood (Le Cure) is home to a bustling open-air famers' market (open everyday except Sunday), and home to a very famous underpass where it is legal to spray paint, which means that you can see some of the best Florentine contemporary art there is, maybe even the next Florentine Banksy- who knows?!! This underpass is also known to hold art shows. This area also is very well connected to all of the major bus lines that can take you to the center, the train station, and beyond! (If you want to run away from city life and escape to the hills of Fiesole, take the bus 7, which is mere steps away from the apartment!) If you don't like buses, the center is only a 15-minute stroll or a 5-minute bike ride. The apartment is 700 euros + utilities (100-150 depending on usage) and available for the month of July with the possibility of the first three weeks of August.
