Affitto stanza singola per brevi periodi. La stanza è completamente arredata con balcone. L'appartamento di circa 60mq è da condividere con altri due ragazzi lavoratori. La casa è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici compreso asciugatrice. Molto ben collegata con tram 15 (25 min in Duomo e 17 min Bocconi) e autobus 95 (10 min fermata metro Famagosta). Nei pressi ci sono un Carrefour, farmacia, panetteria ed Esselunga. Possibilità di lasciare bici in garage. Le foto saranno disponibili da fine Agosto. La stanza è libera da fine Agosto per brevi periodi (2-4 mesi da definire). Le spese ammontano a circa 50-70¤ mensili. La casa è molto spesso vuota in condominio tranquillo. The area is convenient for anyone - it features countless supermarkets, stores, cafes, and bars, and reaching the City Center of Milan couldn't be easier, with tram 15 right under your doorstep. The tram goes all the way to Duomo (25 min) / Bocconi (17 min) - if you instead needed to reach Porta Genova, you may easily do so with the nearby Green metro station Famagosta (10 min with 95 bus) that will also easily take you to NABA or Domus.
