Nell'affitto sono incluse le spese di condominio (12 euro) e la revisione annuale della caldaia. Le utenze mensili -dipendenti tutte dai consumi individuali- si aggirano intorno ai 40/50 euro mensili. Categoricamente no bici in casa, no festini.
