L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano in via delle Rosine 10 in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla fermata di vari bus (13-15-55-56-18-61-68). E' presente l'ascensore, il parcheggio bici nel cortile interno e la portineria. In casa ci sono due bagni, una cucina, un ingresso-salotto e quattro singole (3 occupate da ragazze lavoratrici più la stanza in affitto). Ci fanno compagnia anche due adorabili gattini. Il prezzo è di 330 euro (riscaldamento centralizzato e acqua inclusi). A parte le utenze luce e gas e il WIFI (una media di 25 euro al mese a testa). E’ richiesta la caparra di una mensilità. The apartment is located at 4th floor in Via elle Rosine 10 in the center of Turin, close to several bus stops (13-15-55-56-18-61-68). There is an elevator, a bike parking inside an internal yard. The house is composed by 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a small living-room and 4 single rooms (occupied by 3 workers girls plus the room we rent). Two adorable cats also live with us. The price is 330 euros (central heating and water included). Electricity, gas and WIFI are excluded (around 25 euros per month).
