Vivo con mio marito in una grande casa, i nostri figli non vivono più con noi e affittiamo le loro stanze agli studenti. In questo momento abbiano (da inizio aprile 2018) una bella camera singola, ideale per studenti Erasmus. Il bagno è per le sole due camere degli studenti (attualmente c'è un altro studene di dottorato Ingegneria) L'appartamento è grande e bello, in zona funivia. Posizione ottima per facoltà di ingegneria. WF fibra, riscaldamento, utenze acqua calda e fredda, tutto incluso. Euro 500,00 mensili. ---- I'm living with my husband. Because of our children are grown they don't live no more with us, so we use to rent rooms to students. In particular we have now a confortable free single room. The bathroom would be shared with an other PhD Engineer student also living in our home. The apartment is cosy and big, zona "Funivia" (bus 20-21-89-94). ? English version below Da settembre a marzo-aprile si libera una stanza doppia anche uso singola bellissima con vista fiume e Specola. 350 singola, 200 (a testa) doppia. La casa si trova in una zona molto bella della città, il centro è raggiungibile in 5 min a piedi e così anche Prato della Valle e le Piazze. La stazione è a dieci minuti in tram o oppure a 10 min in bici. Supermercato, farmacie e negozi nelle vicinanze. La casa si compone di ingresso, soggiorno, cucina (con lavatrice, forno a microonde e forno), bagno finestrato che dà su un bellissimo balcone esterno (ottimo per fare colazioni, pranzi, studiare e dove stendiamo i panni), un'altra stanza singola (dove vivo io, Dottoranda in Psicologia Clinica), lunghissimo corridoio, la stanza in questione, nonché un ripostiglio dove si trovano aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro, panni, ecc. Abbiamo anche due balconcini che danno sul fiume (ponte s. Agostino) e sulla Specola: uno raggiungibile dal corridoio comune, l’altro interno alla stanza che si libera, la quale è davvero ampia: da vedere! Tutti gli infissi saranno rinnovati a breve, la casa sarà ben coibentata e le spese di riscaldamento saranno minime. The house is huge, composed of living room, kitchen (microwave, fridge, washing machine, and so forth), another room (which is mine - I'm a PhD student in Clinical Psychology and I work), bathroom with window and door that opens up on a balcony (read hangers to dry up our clothes), long corridor, closet (vacuum, electric iron, and so forth), and another balcony from where you can see the river and the Specola. The house is very close to the city center (5 min walking distance) and to Prato della Valle. 10 min by bike from the train station. There is the same balcony in your future room. You must see it! Ciao! Mi chiamo Walter. Sono Svizzero ma da più di tre anni vivo a Roma lavorando nel ambito della comunicazione per la Chiesa. Recentemente mi sono trasferito in una casa che si trova vicinissimo alla metro A stazione Ottaviano e solo e pochi passi da San Pietro. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale molto comodo e grandi armadi a muro, spaziosi e funzionali. Il bagno è privato, personale e molto bello. La stanza è disponibile da subito. Minimo soggiorno 1 mese. To the Vatican it is only a 5 minutes walk and the metro station A Ottaviano is only 150 meters away. The room has a big and very comfortable king-size bed and huge wall closets. There is a beautiful privat bathroom for you only. The minimum stay is about 1 month. The rent is 650.- Euro a month all included but not gas and light wich depends on the consummation (usually about 30.- a month/person). Questo monolocale da affittare su Vicolo dei Panieri si trova al primo piano. C'è un bel sentiero nel giardino che porta all'edificio. Aprendo la porta d'ingresso, noterai i pavimenti piastrellati. Il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale e ha una cabina doccia. Il resto dell'area è open-concept. La cucina è più come un angolo cottura. È completamente attrezzato e ha un mozzo in ceramica e un po 'di spazio nell'armadio. Il resto dello studio è arredato con un tavolo da pranzo pieghevole e una sedia. C'è una piccola finestra sicura. Troverete un altro studio simile vicino ad esso, quindi è perfetto se più di 2 persone hanno bisogno di alloggio e vogliono stare insieme. Trastevere ha le radici della classe operaia, ma sta rapidamente diventando gentrificata. Ovunque ti giri, troverai un ristorante alla moda, caffè hipster e cocktail bar alla moda. Tuttavia, troverai anche altri locali con i piedi per terra. La tradizione incontra il moderno in questo quartiere. Ci sono dozzine di siti di turisti nelle vicinanze.
