It is literally 5 minutes by foot to Piazza Venezia and only 2 minutes to Piazza Torre Argentina, and very close to the Parliament. The location is prime and it is in a very quiet square. The flat is on the ground floor of an elegant and historical building with concierge.     The flat is spacious and luminous. There are two rooms (one bedroom and guest/studio/office room with foldable couch) and one big living room united with a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and baking. There is an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is air conditioning and fast-speed internet. For those who love to sleep in complete darkness, there are window blinders. The house is completely dust mites-free (there are no carpets or curtains anywhere) and mosquitos-free (all rooms have openable mosquito nets). There is a big bathtub in addition to the shower. The bedroom balcony door goes to the internal courtyard. So it also is quiet at night. The area is very green, quiet and close to a big park (Anconella) on the riverside. There is a big supermarket within 5 min walking distance (Coop Gavinana). You can find parking relatively easily in our area. It takes 15-20 min by bike to get to the center of Florence. There are shared city bikes and mono-wheels that you can rent, parked right in front of our building. There is a bike lane beneath the house which takes you to the center if you follow it along the river. There are bars, restaurants, and cafeterias nearby, including a gluten-free shop and lunch place right downstairs. There is also a bakery shop right beneath the house.
