Dear Guest, I am pleased to welcome you to my apartment. It has been prepared with great love to make your stay in Milan complete with all the comforts! Its modern and slightly eclectic> The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-kept Milanese building with an elevator. It has a nice balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the street in which it is located. Entering the apartment on the left you will see a lively living room which includes a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. The last communicates, through a sliding door, with a kitchen complete with all the necessary for cooking. The sleeping area is located on the right side of the apartment and has a light double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath and all the essentials. The district is very quiet and offers countless services, all at your fingertips at any time of the day. You are just a few steps away from the enchanting Milan Navigli area and the New Darsena, a part of the city that will make you fall in love with it, thanks to the slow flow of the canals and the countless boutiques of creative artisans, bars and restaurants that populate the entire area. All these aspects contribute to creating a magical and, at times, almost surreal atmosphere, out of time that will remain in your heart forever. Here, there are also important streets – via Tortona and via Savona which host major events, such as the Salone del Mobile and the Fashion Week. Finally, just a short walk from the house there is the Mudec, Milan's Museum of Culture, which offers fascinating In Piazza Bolivar, just below the house, there are several buses at your disposal: by No. 50 you can reach in a few stops the metro stations of Conciliazione M1, Cadorna M1 and M2 (connected by train with Malpensa airport) and Cairoli M1. Then there are other buses available in the adjacent streets to go to any area of interest in the city you want. Bellissimo appartamento finemente ristrutturato con arredi di classe e di stile, è situato al 6 piano di un palazzo signorile, a due passi alla stazione Centrale. E' composto da un soggiorno con un divano letto ideale per una persona, insieme c'è la camera è dotata di un comodo letto e di un armadio con i cassetti per riporre i propri indumenti. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari per passare il vostro soggiorno. Punto forte è sicuramente la posizione, davvero strategica. Gli ospiti avranno accesso a l'intero appartamento, si trova al 6 piano, con ascensore, di un palazzo signorile in bella zona conservata. La zona Centrale è una delle migliori zone a Milano. Per muoversi è dotata di tutti tipi di mezzi mentre tutti tipi di negozi a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Il quartiere si caratterizza inoltre per vari luoghi di attrazione artistici e religiosi, come il Museo del Novecento, Duomo, il Teatro La Scala, il Castello Sforzesco, ecc. Ampio appartamento moderno e finemente arredato, disposto su due livelli, all'interno di una bellissima villa con un delizioso giardino e a due passi dal Parco Lambro. Si da due camere da letto matrimoniali ed una singola fornita di due letti singoli, dotato di un bello ufficio ideale per lo Smart working. La zona giorno è dotata di una cucina moderna e super attrezzata con Tv e wifi disponibile in tutto l'appartamento." Ubicato con esposizione sul verde appartamento si presenta molto luminoso e spazioso. Fornito di tutto ciò che è necessario per soggiorni piccolo, medio o lungo, con zona lavanderia. È ben servito da vari mezzi di trasporto in particolare dalla metro di Cimiano e a due passi c'è il parco Lambro, ideale per chi vuole fare due passi in mezzo al verde o tenersi in forma. Stupendo appartamento nel cuore dei Navigli. Arredato finemente e completo di tutti i comfort: Wi-Fi, 2 condizionatori, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV ecc. Ideale per gruppi di amici, coppie e famiglie. A due passi dalla metro e dal tram. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento è molto carino ed adatto sia a gruppi di 4 persone che a famiglie. E' situato un bel stabile di ringhiera vecchia Milano, ideale per chi vuole vivere a pieno la vita milanese. E' composta da una cucina accessoriata con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno indimenticabile. In cucina poi vi è un comodissimo divano letto per due persone. Dalla cucina si accede si accede alla camera da letto dove vi è un letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Dopo un piccolo disimpegno si accede al bagno, dotato di asciugacapelli, doccia ecc. Che dire, perfetto per un soggiorno indimenticabile;) La zona è molto animata da locali e ristoranti con tavoli all'aperto. Questa parte del Naviglio è pedonale lungo il canale fino alla darsena. Ci sono negozi di artigiani e artisti. l'ultima domenica del mese c'è il più grande mercato dell'antiquariato della città. Via Tortona appena dopo la stazione, offre il Museo Mudec, la Fondazione Silos Armani e locali e negozi alla moda. Il pane migliore lo trovate da Peter Pan via Vigevano 25. Per chi è goloso consiglio la Pasticceria Cucchi corso Genova 1 e Gattullo Piazzale di Porta Lodovica, 2. Il metro linea 2 che collega le stazioni di Cadorna e Centrale è a soli 150 metri. La linea di Tram 2 è a 200 metri e va direttamente in centro, al Duomo. Nel cuore della città, a due passi dal più famoso distretto del Salone del Mobile, quello di Via Tortona. Qui si trova questo delizioso appartamento, a due passi dalla stazione di Porta Genova e della metropolitana, distanti soli 200 metri. La zona è molto bella e vivace sia per chi ama godersi le ore diurne che per i fan della vita notturna grazie alla presenza di numerosi bar, ristoranti e locali cool. Tuttavia l’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla dove il relax è assicurato. Fantastico e spazioso trilocale nel cuore di via Savona. L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità: TV, lavatrice, WiFi e aria condizionata. La camera è dotata di un ampio letto matrimoniale e vi è anche un letto singolo molto comfortevole. L'alloggio è circondato da show room di moda e design e si rivela la soluzione ideale per chi raggiunge Milano in occasione del Salone del Mobile. Bellissimo quartiere a due passi dall'università Cattolica, dai Navigli e dal centro. I migliori croissant sono da Luca e Andrea sul Naviglio verso il centro a 100 metri. Il pane migliore lo trovate da Peter Pan via Vigevano 25. Per chi è goloso consiglio la Pasticceria Cucchi corso Genova 1 e Gattullo Piazzale di Porta Lodovica, 2.
