Das Zimmer ist ein großes und schönes Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung, das mit allem Komfort ist: Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Nachttischen. Das Zimmer ist hell, ruhig (es gibt Doppelverglasung in dem Fenstern). Das Zimmer ist geräumig und mit allem Komfort. Das Haus hat eine Küche und ein Esszimmer mit Sofa, Tisch mit Stühlen und es ist mit Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Gebäudes in der Via Ferrarese, in Bologna. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Der Raum ist in einer Wohnung 900m vom Bahnhof (12 Minuten zu Fuß), 950mt von der Busstation (14 Minuten zu Fuß), 950m von der zentral Busbahnhof, 50m von der Turnhalle, die jeden Tag der Woche geöffnet ist (VirginClub). Die Wohnung befindet sich 50m vom Supermarkt. 20m vom Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, wo die Busse jeden etwa 5 Minuten fährt.
