Descrizione del ruolo: Receptionistresponsible for professionally greeting guests in and out of the hotel in a courteous and efficient manner, assisting guests as needed and knowledgeably sell the hotel, its services and amenities. the candidate must have excellent telephone etiquette. must be able to handle cash efficiently and possess computer skills.  Caratteristiche del candidato: Competencies required·      communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and written)·      ability to control and express ones' emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships·      guest focused·      team orientation·      must be flexible with regard to working hours.·      a motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.·      must have previous experience in a similar role in 5* boutique hotels (minimum 2/3 years)·      self-motivated and target driven;·      must have experience with various pms, be and channel manager
