L'appartamento sarà da condividere con altre tre persone occupanti altre tre stanze singole. E' dotato di un solo bagno e cucina abitabile con caldaia di qualche anno e riscaldamento autonomo, gli infissi sono nuovi, c'è un ripostiglio e una cantina. Nell'affitto sono incluse le spese di condominio (12 euro) e la revisione annuale della caldaia. Le utenze mensili -dipendenti tutte dai consumi individuali- si aggirano intorno ai 50 euro mensili, forse qualcosa in meno d'estate e qualcosa in più in inverno. Categoricamente no bici in casa, no festini. Non è possibile imbrattare, bucare, e attaccare cose ai muri immacolati o ai mobili, né ospitare con regolarità settimanale o per periodi lunghi (neanche il proprio fidanzato): per questioni di rispetto e per altre ragioni.
