HR SITE MANAGER - PART TIME A VARESE
Our Client has been operating as a family owned business Company for the last 50 years. Today, being part of a multinational and modern organization, it needs to be harmonized in all HR processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for the main following activities:Implementing strategies, policies and procedures for the administration of the HR of the company. Manage all the HR areas such as: recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits Attracting, recruiting and keeping talent with the required quality, following policies and requirement of the position, using methodology and tools that guarantee assertive recruitment processes. Designing and administrating training plans and programs to promote skills. Developing skills of key members, assessing strategies to identify areas to develop with members and align them with the objectives of the company so that they contribute directly with its productivity and effectivity. Implementing strategies and policies of compensation based on salary competition and internal equity of the company. Managing and monitoring functions such as: salary increases,performance appraisals, analysis of job descriptions, position assessments, market research and development of scales depending on financial situation of the company The ideal candidate has the follwing requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psichology, Business Administration or Engineering. Masters degree preferred. Experience: At least 8-10 years HR Generalist experience with increasing responsibility in multinational organizations, in companies with production plants preferred. Foreign languages: - Native in Italian, Fluency in English (mandatory), Main qualities required:Ability to inspire, motivate and develop people Being organizationally savvy Evaluating and deploying people adequately Caring about others Acting with honour and character Strong communication and people management skills. Capacity to articulate the HR strategy in the country. Capacity to listen, reflect and treat people's expectations and issues. Meeting techniques and management.
