I am a friendly, patient and approachable teacher of English as a foreign language. I teach English for a variety of purposes, including exam preparation (e.g. PET, FCE, CAE, CPE and IELTS), as well as General English, Business English and English for Academic Purposes. I am also a teacher coach and have experience preparing actors and football players. I am experienced in teaching English to all ages and levels (from beginner to advanced). So, whatever your learning objectives are, I believe that I am the right tutor for you! At the core of my teaching methodology is the understanding that language needs to be meaningful to the user. This means that my lessons are tailored to the specific needs of my students. So, whether you want brush up on your English in preparation for a holiday, or because you are a business person who needs to work on the language of negotiations, my role as your tutor is to equip you with the language that you need and can apply in a meaningful way. We will discover this language through interesting, fun and engaging lessons, and we will practise your target language until you feel comfortable enough to use it in real-life communication.
