L'appartamento possiede anche un giardinetto, molto comodo ad esempio per lasciare la bici, e una cantina. La casa si trova in via Montenero, zona San Felice. La zona è molto ben servita dai bus e dai tram e nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono supermercati, farmacie, tigota, tabacchini ecc.. Il prezzo è di 430€ più Wi-Fi che è circa 25€ al mese diviso 3! Single bedroom of 18 square meters for rent FROM THE 1st OF OCTOBER 2019 TO THE 31st OF MARCH 2020. In the flat there are two other single bedrooms, one bathroom with a washing machine and a kitchen.
