Zona Salviatino-Campo di Marte affitto quadrilocale arredato, libero dal 1 Luglio, composto da 3 luminose singole, di cui due molto ampie, una con terrazzo, 1 cucina abitabile con terrazzo, 1 bagno, 2 disimpegni, di cui uno arredato come zona giorno, un ripostiglio. Il quartiere in cui si trova l'appartamento è verdeggiante e tranquillo, raggiungibile da autobus 11 e 17 e nei pressi anche 3 e 6, fornito di negozi e locali di ristoro. L'appartamento, Classe energetica G, Epgl nren 199,02 kWh/m2 anno, si affaccia su viale e su corte interna, il condominio è molto tranquillo con persone anziane; è collocato al terzo piano con ascensore. Le tre camere (due delle quali molto ampie, 18 e 21 mq) hanno letto singolo, scrivania, libreria e armadio; un disimpegno è arredato con poltrone e tavolino, la cucina, ristrutturata nel 2010, è abitabile; il bagno è dotato di vasca e lavatrice; il riscaldamento è autonomo, non c’è impianto di condizionamento. Il prezzo totale è € 950,00 escluse spese vive (ovvero utenze, manutenzione annua caldaia, condominio €/mese 50,50 e nettezza urbana €/mese 21,70) che sono da ripartire equamente tra i conduttori.
