Principali Responsabilità: - Sviluppo dell'architettura dei dati: Progettare e implementare un'infrastruttura dati scalabile e sicura che supporti le esigenze attuali e future dell'azienda. - Strategia dei dati: Elaborare una strategia dati in collaborazione con gli stakeholder aziendali, identificando le priorità e introducendo soluzioni innovative per massimizzare il valore dei dati. - Reportistica e abilitazione: Sviluppare sistemi di reportistica avanzati allo scopo di fornire insight tempestivi e accurati, facilitando decisioni informate a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione. - Data Science e Machine Learning: Guidare iniziative di data science, implementando modelli di machine learning per ottimizzare processi aziendali e migliorare l'esperienza del cliente. - Sviluppo e Leadership del team dati: Sviluppare e gestire direttamente il team multidisciplinare che dovrà promuovere la cultura di analisi dei dati e sperimentazione in tutta l'azienda. - Integrazione di insight qualitativi: Integrare analisi qualitative con dati quantitativi per offrire una visione completa e approfondita delle tendenze e dei comportamenti dei clienti Competenze tecniche (Hard Skills): - Gestione dei dati: Esperienza nella progettazione e gestione di architetture dati, inclusi data warehousing e data lakes. - Strumenti e tecnologie: Conoscenza di tool di self service bi, database relazionali e tecnologie distribuite (come Spark e hadoop) - Data Engineering - Governance dei dati: Comprensione delle normative sulla protezione dei dati e capacità di implementare politiche di data governance efficaci.
