Il candidato avrà le seguenti responsabilità: implementare ed aggiornare le normative, la manualistica tecnica e le problematiche interne Supportare i tecnici sul campo (field services) e monitorare le loro attività di manutenzione Monitorare da remoto le risorse di energia rinnovabile Risolvere e aggiornare i problemi di sistema Interfacciarsi quotidianamente coi tecnici sul campo sulle attività da svolgere Aggiornare il cliente finale sullo stato di avanzamento in collaborazione con l'Area Manager Il candidato di successo ha i seguenti requisiti: Laurea breve in Ingegneria o fornazione equivalente Conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello B2 Conoscenza ottima di Excel e di Ms Office Ottima capacità di analisi e di calcolo dati Abilità di lavoro in team.
