Œ Cosa farai: Pianificazione e gestione delle strategie di marketing per il mercato italiano. Creazione e gestione di campagne ad alto impatto nel settore automotive. Collaborazione con il Country Manager, Sales Team e Central Marketing Team per scalare il mercato. Sviluppo e gestione di strategie PR & Social Media locali. Organizzazione di eventi e fiere per rafforzare la brand awareness e generare lead. Creazione di contenuti strategici (newsletter, case study, blog post, whitepaper). Monitoraggio delle performance delle campagne e ottimizzazione basata sui dati. ¤ Profilo ideale: Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Business Administration o esperienza equivalente. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in marketing, idealmente in B2B SaaS o nel settore automotive. Esperienza con strategie Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Mentalità imprenditoriale, approccio hands-on e orientamento ai risultati. Fluente in italiano e inglese (il tedesco o lo spagnolo sono un plus). Elevate capacità analitiche e di gestione dati per ottimizzare strategie di marketing. Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di collaborazione con team interni ed esterni. ¼ Cosa offriamo:  Zona di lavoro: Roma RAL: 45.000 € + 10.000 € (fisso + variabile).
