SI FITTANO   ????camere e posti letto SOLO X STUDENTESSE o donne a bagnoli/fuorigrotta in appartamento situato a  via Ilioneo Napoli   L'appartamento è dotato 3 camere da letto, bagno e cucina e terrazzino al  coperto per biancheria   completo di tutto il necessario e completamente arredato con armadi, letti,comodini e scrivanie completamente nuovi appena comprati????. Situato un una zona centrale e vicino a tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi, in particolare metropolitana, cumana di Agnano  e Facoltà di ingegneria di via Agnano. 15 minuti in metro per arrivare alla facoltà di ingegneria.???? Il posto singolo in camera doppia (condivisa) costa 150 €, spetta a voi trovare qualcuno che divida la camera con voi). La camera  singola costa 250€. Nel caso di interesse è possibile visionare la casa su appuntamento, può lasciarmi il numero di telefono in modo tale da poterci organizzare.   per quanto riguarda i consumi il condominio acqua  e  luce è a carico degli inquilini (acqua e condominio sono fissi 40 euro al mese da dividere con le altre ragazze) tasse spazzatura  è a carico nostro. Ti ricordo che nel momento in cui decideresti di prendere la camera cè bisogno di bloccarla con un anticipo di 100€ poi il restante quando entrerai.. inoltre cè bisogno del pigione anticipato (che è una tutela per voi) un esempio: se tu decidessi di rimanere fino a giugno, giugno non pagherai nulla perchè il mese già è anticipato, ma se decidessi di lasciare la stanza a maggio il mese anticipato ti sarà restituito ok? Quindi nel momento in cui entri darei il resto del mese corrente ovviamente meno il 100 euro già dato + la mensilità anticipata. the single room costs € 250 while the double € 150 but you have to find the person who shares the room with you, paying € 150 per person to book the room you have to deposit 100 € and the rest when you enter.
