LE TUE RESPONSABILITA’ * Progettare interfacce grafiche originali e centrate sull'utente utilizzando esperienza personale, dati qualitativi e quantitativi * Progettare interfacce mobile-first utilizzando un approccio modulare * Collaborare con i responsabili di reparto, marketing e sviluppo per definire soluzioni UI/UX innovative * Progettare mockup e bozze ad alta fedeltà per attività di CRO (a/b testing) e ottimizzazione continua dei risultati, basate su dati provenienti da utenti reali, chiare ipotesi e KPIs misurabili * Definire, creare e mantenere chiare linee guida e librerie per il design di nuovi componenti e di branding. * Condurre e partecipare a attività di “Design Thinking” * Illustrare idee e progetti complessi usando storyboard ancor prima di realizzare un progetto grafico completo * Progettare elementi di UI riutilizzabili (ad esempio menu, schede, widget e altro) * Seguire e coordinare tutte le fasi di progettazione UI; dall'ideazione alla verifica del rendering finale online * Condividere bozze di nuovi progetti internamente e raccogliere feedback * Realizzare una User Journey Mapping basata sul reale comportamento degli utenti sul sito e su dati qualitativi (es. ricerche e studi) * Definire e realizzare User Personas in collaborazione con i diversi responsabili di reparto sito * Condurre test di usabilità e user research in presenza e in remoto COMPETENZE ED ESPERIENZE RICHIESTE * Oltre 4 anni di esperienza come UX / UI Designer * Esperienza comprovata nel Mobile First design * Esperienza pratica con test di usabilità e principi di progettazione centrati sull'utente * Esperienza pratica con diversi metodi e approcci di user research * Esperienza con attività di A/B testing * Esperienza con Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (o similari) * L'esperienza con CSS, Javascript, HTML è un vantaggio Altre Informazioni * Retribuzione: commisurata al profilo

Per loro siamo alla ricerca di un/una: Senior UX/UI Designer Obiettivo Il/la candidato avrà la responsabilità di definire la visione e garantire la qualità dell'esperienza utente nei prodotti digitali, contribuendo in modo attivo alla strategia di prodotto. Con un approccio data-informed e profondamente human-centered, guiderà la progettazione di esperienze digitali coerenti, accessibili e significative. Rappresenterà un punto di riferimento per il design all'interno dell'organizzazione, promuovendo e supportando lo sviluppo di una cultura dell'user experience solida, trasversale e orientata alla misurazione dell'impatto. Principali responsabilità - definire e mantenere una visione UX strategica allineata con la product strategy; - guidare la progettazione dell'esperienza utente su app, web e touchpoint digitali; - promuovere e facilitare attività di ricerca utenti, co-design, usability test; - analizzare insight quantitativi e qualitativi per orientare le decisioni progettuali; - supervisionare la coerenza e l'evoluzione del Design System; - collaborare strettamente con Product Owner, sviluppatori, stakeholder; - supportare la crescita del team di design, favorendo una cultura della sperimentazione e del miglioramento continuo. Requisiti tecnici per la posizione - almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel design di prodotti digitali, con portfolio dimostrabile su progetti complessi (app mobile e web); - padronanza di Figma e dei principali tool per user research e prototipazione; - solida conoscenza dei principi di user-centered design, accessibility e HCI; - esperienza nel lavoro cross-funzionale con team di prodotto e sviluppo; - capacità di presentare e spiegare le scelte progettuali con dati e argomentazioni; - attitudine al pensiero strategico e alla leadership nel design.
