Ricerchiamo un Electrical Support Specialist che garantisca una prima assistenza telefonica ai nostri clienti esteri ed italiani fornendo loro un supporto efficiente e puntuale nella risoluzione delle principali problematiche tecniche legate all’uso ed alla manutenzione del software di supervisione interno. Il/la candidato/a ideale ha una formazione specialistica in ambito elettrico / elettronico / telecomunicazioni, possiede una fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese, ha dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici ed è disponibile ad episodiche trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed estero. Completano il profilo eccellenti doti comunicative, per rapportarsi in modo ottimale con il cliente, intraprendenza e forte resistenza allo stress. Viene garantita un’iniziale fase di formazione ed affiancamento, la cui durata varierà in funzione del grado di preparazione e conoscenze del/la candidato/a. Costituiscono titoli preferenziali la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera e l’esperienza di qualche anno nel ruolo presso aziende manifatturiere modernamente organizzate. Sede di lavoro: S. Continua e candidati Siemens is looking for a Service Sales Specialist - Industrial Automation, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Rome. He/she will be responsible for the sales of services for Industrial Automation, Machine tools and production machines for the Centre-South Italian Market. The Service Sales Specialist has to manage the services’ portfolio of the relative business segment through strategic planning and market analysis, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. He/she will be responsible for the sale of new digital portfolio services related to the following factory automation products: CNC, PLC, Industrial PC, motors and drives. Propose consulting services for digitalization of machines or plants and for improving the energy efficiency, with the aim of increasing services of assistance, maintenance, sale of spare parts packages and updates; Cooperate with the marketing and business development teams, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities; Develop tools, reports / dashboards in order to evaluate sales trends in comparison with budget, thus allowing the Management to define the annual forecast; Influence the main stakeholders and the Customer’s “Decision makers”; Deep knowledge of the market and the competitors’ offer; Responsible for the annual target of the digital portfolio within Customer Service. Who are we looking for? A candidate with the following features: Passionate and prepared to manage issues related to technological innovation in Industry 4.0: IoT and Industrial Clouds; At least 5 years experience in sales of technical services within industrial automation, with a products’ portfolio made of machine control and control devices, electric motors and drives; Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation or Technical High School Diploma; General knowledge of drive techniques, electric motors, motion control, PLC; Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international; Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken; Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team What can we further offer?
