The knowledge and use of the Unreal Engine 4 graphics engine or equivalent may be considered a plus. What are you going to do? First of all you’ll be part of a team of brilliant people, with many different specialties: coding, graphics, artist, ui/ux design and machine learning. You’ll work in a funny and modern environment with outdoor team building activities like trekking and paintball, air-hockey and table tennis tournament. You’ll start leading a R&D team of 5+ junior/mid C++ Developers, in the view of leading more teams over the time, according to a career plan. You’ll be responsible to manage and assign many tasks to team members according to the scrum, reporting to the Chief Technical Officer and to the Chief Design Officer. You’ll manage the architectural design team, requirements analysis, drafting of UML diagrams of tasks, creation of user stories. You’ll do daily analysis and implementation of algorithms in C++, suggesting and implementing building software solutions for automatic design of buildings, researching current trends in emerging technologies and implementing them.
