Expert designer

Stiamo ricercando un UX designer con esperienza per inserimento in team di lavoro. La persona ideale ha buone capacità relazionali, ha preferenzialmente già maturato esperienza in contesti strutturati, ha predisposizione per i contatti interpersonali e motivazione/interesse a fungere da riferimento per la schedulazione e realizzazione dei task affidati al gruppo di lavoro Requisiti fondamentali: • 3/5 anni di esperienza come UX Designer o Interaction Designer, in contesti strutturati, quali società di consulenza, web agency e/o clienti finali; • Conoscenza teorica e pratica dei principi di usabilità e dei principali paradigmi di interazione; • Ottima conoscenza di strumenti di wireframing e rapid prototyping, come Axure, Sketch, InVision… • Buona conoscenza di Google Analytics; • Proattività, curiosità, spirito critico e buone capacità di sostenere e difendere le scelte di design. • Spiccate capacità relazionali ed empatiche. Requisiti preferenziali: • Familiarità con HTML, CSS, JavaScript e con le fasi di test e delivery; • Esperienza lavorativa in un team multidisciplinare composto da UX Designer, Visual Designer, Developers, Editor e Teste; • Esperienza con metodologie Agile, quali ad esempio Scrum, Agile UX o Lean UX. A leading company in Automotive / Motorsport field, with HQ in Emilia Romagna, Italy, is currently searching for a SENIOR CATIA V5 EXPERT: TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TRAINING You will be the person in charge of the development of new design methodology within the Chassis Design Office, providing support and guidance to designers of mechanical, hydraulic and cooling systems. Your duties will be the following: - Maintenance of and development of new CATIA V5 specific Visual Basic macros (catvba and catscript) - Writing CAD/PDM methodology documentation and training material - Introducing new solutions and changes on the CAD system We expect you to have the following skills: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar - A broad and intensive experience on Catia V5 or V6, with a focus on the following workbenches: Sketcher, Part Design, Generative Shape Design, Kinematics - At least 5 years previous experience of training CATIA designers and of providing CATIA support - At least 3 years’ experience of developing CATIA macros using Visual Basic (catscript, catvba) A previous experience as Catia V5 Designer in Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace field will be also appreciated, along with the knowledge of Design For Manufacture methodologies and a PDM/PLM experience. Ability to work with various roles (from student level to production staff and then senior management), an helpful attitude, a flexible approach to work under strict deadlines and a good understanding of a fast moving engineering environment, are all essential requirements. Sono un Creative Graphic Designer con 18 anni di esperienza. Ho lavorato come stagista per 3 anni e dal 2005 ho aperto diversi studi grafici e agenzie pubblicitarie, dal 2011, per una serie di motivi, ho deciso di sbolognarmi le attività e lavorare come freelance ma sono in cerca di una nuova opportunità lavorativa subordinata. Oltre a realizzare qualsiasi tipo di grafiche, parallelamente, ho seguito corsi di vario genere sempre correlati al settore pubblicitario. PNL, vendita, Social Management, Web Marketing, Facebook e Google Ads, HTML, PHP, Python, Wordpress, 3D penetration test per web app e tanti altri ancora presenti nel mio CV (su richiesta) Nel tempo ho imparato anche a produrre brani nel mio studio di registrazione (alcuni entrati in classifiche dance mondiali), ho creato spot pubblicitari per autovele e jingle per radio locali. Insomma... ho una formazione trasversale interessante. In passato ho realizzato Materiale pubblicitario per grandi aziende di abbigliamento, organizzazioni eventi di livello internazionale, discoteche di fama mondiale e Imprese di grande spessore (chiedere portfolio lavori). Ormai ho particolare dimestichezza nel gestire flussi di lavoro fissando timing e obiettivi. Creatività, puntualità e precisione sono indiscutibilmente i miei punti di forza.
