Four years ago

Hello, my name is Hana and I live with my husband in Rome. Four years ago I worked as a live-in au-pair in the UK, where I looked after 3 girls (age 9;12;16). Last year I spent my mornings in a family from Belgium, where I looked after two girls (age: 0,5 and 3 years) and my afternoons in italian family where I played with two boys of age 1,5 and 4. Many years I was a leader on a children camps and also my whole life I was surrounded with babyes, todlers and children, because I come from a big family.:))

I've been baby sitter since 2 years ago, my child was around 3 years old,we spent time four days of the week by 4 hours. we had too much fun, playing, dancing, walking around the home, going to the park and joining to play with others... in my opinion children should understand how to react in real world,for example which are the social activities, sharing stuffs to the other kids. on the other hand we have to give love and support them to know anything would be happen if they will be patience. They deserve to learn and be happy.

My focus lays on homework lessons of English, German and maths with children from an age of 10+. A year ago I accomplished an internship in Brazil where we taught children with a differing age frame English for six weeks. In this time I learned much about teaching and taking care of children with different ages. I gained babysitting skills throughout family visits for a longer time with children with an age from one to four years. I like spending time with children because of their authentic and unbiased appearance. I am still learning the Italian language but I am visiting a language course and living together with three Italian people, so I am making progress. Nevertheless I think it might be helpful for the child to be raised multilingual, since children are highly accessible for learning languages.

Hello there, my name is Andrea, I am from Monterrey, Mexico. Few years ago I worked at a Summer Camp in Maryland USA as a camp counsellor and art teacher for 2 summers. Two years ago I started my travels in Thailand where I volunteered as an English teacher, I stayed a month in each country around South East Asia as a kindergarten teacher most of the time, it involved a lot of children day care. Throughout the years I have made a life for myself in Italy. I have a degree in fine arts, am a legal tour guide in Rome but have always taught English to children on the side. Due to the virus life is different for all of us and I thought that it is an ideal moment to take care of a child again, teach it English...as I have taught in Italian schools and I know the importance of learning as a child.
