Davanti alla palazzina bus e tram passano con regolarità'. Loreto (sia linea metropolitana rossa che verde) si trova solo a 1 km dalla palazzina. L'appartamento e' ubicato in una zona molto vivace con negozi di ogni genere, supermercati, ristoranti italiani ed etnici, e pubs. Nelle vicinanze il Politecnico di Milano. No furniture's and accessories will be moved out the flat as well.The apt is located on the second floor of a safe, clean guarded building. A contract for short rentals (transitory so called according to Italian law) will be signed with anyone not having a residency in Milan. The flat is NON-smokers, NO pets can be kept, NOT suitable for children. The Metro station (Green line Lambrate) is just 5 minutes away by walking. Opposite to the building you can see the tram stop and bus stop passing by regularly. Loreto Metro station (u have 2 lines, green and red) is just 1 km away. The apartment area is very lively, with shops of all sorts, supermarkets, laundrettes, pharmacies, Italian and ethnic restaurants, pubs and even a brewery, the Post Office is even enclosed in the same building complex. Very close there is the Politecnico of Milan.
