The room has two cosy 140x200 beds, two nightstands, two desks and two dressers. The bills are €60/month for water, gas, electricity, internet, heating and one hour and a half of cleaning of the common areas. Extras: Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenant. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively €65.50 each. Cleaning of the apartment: a cleaning lady comes once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony if there is one). The cost is €10/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour and a half because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty. Detailed description of the payments- NO HIDDEN COSTS. At the booking: one month that is the deposit.
