Talent Acquisition Manager Il nostro cliente una realtindustriale con presenza internazionale Il candidato inserito, riportando al direttore HR, si occuperdi strutturare ed implementare la funzione HR e presidieril processo di ricerca e selezione con focus sulle sedi estere.Nello specifico si occuperdi: - Job posting - definizione job position e descrizione del ruolo - definizione attivazione dei canali di reclutamento - gestione dei colloqui - contrattualistica e negoziazione - on boarding dei neo assunti - definizione delle politiche premianti per il team - definizione dei processi e le linee guida in collaborazione con i responsabili delle business line delle sedi estere - assicurerla corretta applicazione della contrattualistica - HR budgeting, compensation planning, formazione. Requisiti: Laurea in giurisprudenza solida esperienza nel ruolo (7/8 anni) Conoscenza della normativa vigente in materia lavoristica (tipologia di contratti, costo del lavoro, leggi vigenti su apprendistato/stage) Ottime competenze su organizzazione del lavoro e gestione delle prioritnglese Fluente sede: provincia di Rimini. You'll be asked to: - Provide support to the business throughout the development, implementation and measurement of an HR plan that proactively meets the business objectives & the corporate HR strategy; - Manage in accordance with the HR service department all the processes related with people cost analysis; - Act as a business partner to strengthen the link in between HR and each business unit of the group for talent acquisition and development topics in support of the HR center of expertise of the areas. - Define salary review strategies. - Improve a retention plan acting as a business partner for all the business unit of the group and in support of the HR center of expertise of the area. - Implement and execute HR policies and systems within the organization. - Act as a business partner to make sure the performance management and MBO processes are correctly developing within each business unit of the group. - Counsel the management with suggestions and by planning ahead possible organization development for each business unit in coherence with the HR development strategy. - Manage Union Relations. - Ensure investigation processes and disciplinary actions are correctly managed. This how you should be to suit perfectly this position: - Having accrued at least 8-10 years of experience as an HR preferably within well structured and or multinational companies. - Being extensively experienced at developing HR best practices with a business partnering approach. - Having accrued past experience in HR generalist roles. - Feeling comfortable when having to manage communication processes and negotiate with the senior management. - Being able to sustain an innnovative approach to HR practices and at the same time act to become a trusted partner. Position Details: - Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian is a must. A third language (French) is preferred. - The role reports directly to the Group HR Director and will have no direct reports to manage. - The role is based in Montechiarugolo - Parma (Italy). It requires travelling (estimated 20%), mainly in Europe.
