International mba study

Hello! I do not speak Italian very well so I'm writing in English. I'm an international student coming to study in Venice for one semester. I'm looking for a single room. The room can be small, I don't mind. I don't have any special requirements. The contract has to be 6 months. Starting September, finishing February. I'm most interested in centro historico. Giudecca also okay. Not interested in Mestre or Lido or Marghera. My budget: around 400€, we can negotiate. I'm very quiet but I like to stay up at night. I'm tidy, I don't mind cleaning or washing the dishes. I will be studying literature in Venice.
