Sito al secondo piano di una piacevole pulita palazzina custodita e sicura e munita di ascensore. Si loca con contratto di tipo transitorio a chi NON risiede a Milano (contratto transitorio). L'alloggio e' perfetto per una sola persona pulita e responsabile. L'apt e' NON fumatori, No animali. No bambini. La stazione metropolitana "Lambrate" linea verde, dista a 5 minuti di strada a piedi. Davanti alla palazzina bus e tram passano con regolarità'. Loreto (sia linea metropolitana rossa che verde) si trova solo a 1 km dalla palazzina. L'appartamento e' ubicato in una zona molto vivace con negozi di ogni genere, supermercati, ristoranti italiani ed etnici, e pubs. Nelle vicinanze il Politecnico di Milano. Hot water is made by an electric boiler. No furniture can be brought in except for a coffee table or some rugs to your liking. No furniture's and accessories will be moved out the flat as well.The apt is located on the second floor of a safe, clean guarded building. A contract for short rentals (transitory so called according to Italian law) will be signed with anyone not having a residency in Milan. The flat is NON-smokers, NO pets can be kept, NOT suitable for children. The Metro station (Green line Lambrate) is just 5 minutes away by walking. Opposite to the building you can see the tram stop and bus stop passing by regularly. Loreto Metro station (u have 2 lines, green and red) is just 1 km away. The apartment area is very lively, with shops of all sorts, supermarkets, laundrettes, pharmacies, Italian and ethnic restaurants, pubs and even a brewery, the Post Office is even enclosed in the same building complex. Very close there is the Politecnico of Milan. The rent exhibited here does not include building expenses (which are about 230,00 euro monthly and they include already water + garbage expenses), apart from these u still have to pay for your own utilities (electricity and gas for cooking consumption).
