The apartment is located on the first floor in via Emilia Ponente (Santa Viola) 5 minutes walk for the supermarket Esselunga. This area of the city is very well connected to the centre, the train station and Bologna airport via public transport including bus routes: 13,79,81,83,86,87,91,92,179,183,576,651. You can also reach the city centre in 15 minutes by bicycle (3,4km), and there are dedicated cycle paths. The apartment is composed of an entrance into the main hallway, a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles) and a shared terrace. All the bedrooms are equipped with double glazing and brand new air conditioning (adaptable for both cold and hot weather) and Wi-Fi fibre Telekom.
