We reserve the right to apply higher costs if the property will be delivered in poor conditions of cleaning. The cost difference will be quantified based on the state of the apartment / room at the time of check out. If there are any damage to the house, they will be photographed, compared to the state of the accommodation at check in, and held in proportion to the security deposit. Our contract is fortnightly, it means that if the reservation falls in the first fifteen days of the month we will calculate from 1 of the month instead if the reservation falls within the second fifteen days of the month, we will calculate from 15 days until the end of the month.
