The room is very comfortable (double bed, large desk, new air conditioner) and bright, having two large windows. It is completely furnished, so you'll need just the bare minimum. Being an outgoing erasmus student myself next semester, it will be free from August till the end of February, when I'll come back from Germany. You'll share the apartment (kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms) with 4 other students. *Two of these students have to go through the room to get to their bedroom - that's what a passage room is. That's why it costs exactly as much as the double room. While for me it's just a small inconvenience - I think of it as a single room 99% of the time - you still have to give up about 1% of your privacy. If you're all right with that (for example, if you had in mind to settle for a double room), then this is the right place for you! The apartment is in the very middle of the university district, just a short walk from most faculties (as you can see on the map). There's a supermarket, bus stops and everything you need literally next to the apartment; I'll leave my bike too, which is the best option to explore the city. From my experience, having lived here for two years and really wanting to return when I come back from my erasmus, the pros outweigh the cons by far. Anyway, it's up to you to let me know, preferably via WhatsApp.

Si offre per un subentro una stanza singola con divano letto nei pressi di stazione Centrale FS. La stanza ha una superficie di 16mq e l'appartamento è in condivisione con un 32enne lavoratore. Il resto dell'appartamento è composto da una cucina abitabile il bagno e l'altra stanza da letto in cui vive il coinquilino, per una superficie totale di 75mq. Tutto l'arredamento compresa la lavatrice e la cucina sono stati presi nuovi 2 anni fa. La zona è inoltre ben servita: a 5 minuti a piedi si trovano le fermate metro di Centrale FS (verde/gialla), Caiazzo (verde) e Loreto (verde/rossa) oltre alle fermate della 90,91 e 92. La stanza sarà libera da Gennaio e il contratto ha ancora due anni di durata - pertanto si preferisce chi ha intenzione di rimanere per almeno altrettanto. Il costo dell'affitto è di circa 460€ al mese escluse le spese di Internet e elettricità che ammontano a circa a 60€ a bimestre. Inoltre l'appartamento era non ammobiliato al momento del mio ingresso quindi si richiederanno anche 300€ per la vendita dei mobili. Infine una caparra di 3 mensilità dovrà essere versata al proprietario al momento dell'ingresso. English: Hello! I am searching for someone to replace me in my single room with sleep sofa close to Centrale FS, because I am leaving Italy. The room has 16m2 and the flat is shared with a nice 32-years old Italian guy. The entire apartment has 75m2 and it consists of a kitchen, which was furnished two years ago, a bathroom, a balcony and the two sleeping rooms. Within five to ten minutes walking distance, you can find the metro stations Centrale FS (green/yellow line), Caiazzo (green line) and Loreto (green/red line) as well as stations of the busses 90, 91 and 92. The room is free from January and the contract will run for another two years - therefore only answer if you intend to stay for two years in Milan. The rent is 460€/month including service charges (Internet and electricity need to be paid separately and cost ~60€ every 2 months. Furthermore, I will ask a transfer fee of 300€ for the furniture (the apartment was empty, when we moved in) and the landlord will ask for a three months deposit of 1150€.
