Condividerete la casa con una coppia sui 25 anni ed un cane molto simpatico. Per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione della casa, pulizie a turno e si può fumare solo in balcone. Affittasi ampia camera doppia in bell’appartamento a Monteverde. La casa è costituita da due camere, ampio salone, ampio bagno, cucinino, ampio terrazzo (90+60 mq). L’appartamento si trova al piano terra di uno stabile di tre piani, di fronte ad un ingresso di villa Pamphili. La zona è al confine tra il quartiere di Monteverde vecchio ed il nuovo. C’è una fermata del bus davanti casa, tram e treno a 15 minuti circa a piedi. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ci sono alcuni ristoranti e/o pub carini, e diversi supermercati. Il mercato di san giovanni di Dio dista 10 minuti a piedi. Più vivace è il vicino quartiere di Trastevere, circa 30 minuti a piedi e a pochi minuti di tram. Il Gianicolo è raggiungibile a piedi. The area is complete of few nice restaurants and pubs. The city center is far by 20-30 mins by bus/tram or 40 mins walking approximately.
