Fantastic apt renovated with modern finishes with all the comforts (TV, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer). Located 100 meters from Porta Romana Metro, tram and bus and 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Easy to reach by car and from the airpo The apt has been just renovated and all the rooms are very unique and well equipped. You have a dining room when you get into the house where you find a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a table, TV, WIFI and a fridge. Going on left you find the kitchen with everything you need to feel yourself at home. Then there is a very beautiful bathroom with the washing machine and the shower box. At the end there is a spacious room with a double bed and a very big wardrobe where you can put your stuff into. In all part of the house you can find paiting which make the house very unique. The fifth person will sleep on a very comfortable airbed;) The neighborhood is one of the most lovely of all Milan, nice and quite but with the right place to go during the night. There is an ancient Arch at the entrance from which a long and wide street. Parking is also very easy to find. All public transportation (metro, tram e bus) are at 2 mins walk and the amazing thing is that Duomo (the center of Milan) is just 8 mins walk. Stiamo cercando a partire da AGOSTO/SETTEMBRE (1 posto letto si libera ad agosto, l’altro a settembre) 2 nuove coinquiline oppure 1 inquilina già da agosto che poi aiuti a trovare la sua compagna di stanza, che si dividino una grandissima stanza doppia completamente arredata: ha un armadio a specchi super capiente, una scrivania, 2 letti singoli e materassi di un anno, mensole e grande finestra. Cerchiamo persone che ASSOLUTAMENTE NON FUMINO IN CASA, solo persone capaci di rispetto reciproco a seconda delle proprie necessità, venirsi incontro insomma. La casa è grandissima in un condominio signorile e con ascensore. La casa ha 3 stanze singole e una doppia, bagno, salone ricreativo con divani, cucina, corridoio, due balconi, c’è tanto spazio per tutti! Attualmente viviamo 3 ragazze e 2 ragazzi. Uno studente di interior design di 24 anni, Una studentessa di filosofia magistrale 24 anni, Una insegnante di 27, due lavoratori di 30 e 32 anni. Il prezzo del posto letto è di 330 euro con le spese condominiali incluse e le utenze escluse (wifi, elettricità gas) che si aggirano tra i 30max euro dipende dal periodo e consumi. ????Delightful appartment in the middle of Navigli???? Our home is in the middle of Navigli, Milan design, food and art area, 200mt from Porta Genova subway station. Internal courtyard, so is nice and quite when you come home. All comfort inside: high speed WI-FI, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, micro-wave. (Dryer with a 5€ supplement). Perfect for couples and friends that want to live one of the most fascinating areas of Milan. Crib and changing table make it perfect also for babies. For problems or support, we live 50mt away. The apartment has a living room and kitchen separated from the bedroom and the bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa, a round table where 4 people can sit comfortably, a bookshelf (partially furnished to give the "home sweet home" feeling), and a small wooden table. The kitchen has microwave, oven, burners, dishwasher, fridge, kettle...al perfectly functioning. Fridge is an old fashioned Smeg. The bedroom has a very spacious closet, with clothes hangers, drawers and shelves. The bed itself, if lifted, has a storage space (for exemple, for your luggage). The bathroom is divided in two parts: first, the sink and the washing machine, then the bathtub, toilet and bidet. So two persons can easily use the bathroom at the same time.
