CESI has been involved for decades in consultancy on High Voltage Alternating Current (HVAC) and High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) infrastructures, studying the feasibility of the interconnections, developing technical specifications, providing services of owner's engineering, quality assurance and commissioning. CESI carried out outstanding activities all over the world from Italy to Europe, China, South America, North America, Central Asia and Middle East. CESI skills and experience are worldwide recognized having worked on behalf of the most important Transmission System Operators and International Investors. Team & Location As HVDC Senior Expert the candidate will be part of our team that works on the main Power Equipment/Systems of both HVDC Stations. After a first period of integration and familiarization with our methodology and approach in the Headquarters in Milan, the business activity will also require the availability of periods abroad the duration of which can be in the range from few days to few weeks. Job Description The candidate shall have good knowledge of the fundamentals of the electrical power system and shall also be acquainted on the application of the most common software tools for network modeling (e.g., PSCAD, ATP, EMTP-RV, PSSE, DigSilent or equivalent). According to the various projects, the candidate will be called to develop different activities. In feasibility stage, he/she shall contribute to the selection of the optimal parameters for the HVDC equipment, to be chosen by means of networks and performance studies. During the specification of a HVDC substations, he/she shall define the station layout, the electro-mechanical arrangement, the main equipment selection (e.g. transformers), as well as the possible filter banks (shunt compensators, smoothing reactor,...), the ancillary equipment and the control & protection systems. In construction / commissioning phase, he/she follows the factory and site acceptance tests, assuring the quality of the supplied products. The candidate shall directly interact with the clients and shall guarantee the excellence of the delivery in full compliance with the technical and economic targets of the project. For the execution of the projects, the candidate will coordinate the activities of junior engineers. We are looking for a number of Embedded Software (Test) Engineer to join our team. This is not a role for just a pure software test engineer but also for an embedded software engineer because you will have to develop applications for satellite simulator and test environment. You will become part of a growing software Verification and Validation (V&V) group responsible for ensuring software quality across a range of embedded and high performance applications in space. The main objective of your work will be developing test environments setup and designing and developing of HIL satellite simulator, improving the V&V infrastructure to enable the simulation of new sensors and actuators. The job will also focus on automated test procedures for the flight software of avionic platforms used on board of our spacecrafts under development. Within a continuous integration environment, you will contribute to the entire application lifecycle with a focus on the test and integration, improving and developing new V&V features to our SW delivery pipeline. Through these activities and by working with the all technical teams involved in the spacecraft development process you will deliver exciting new features and directly support on-going spacecraft V&V activities and operations. The Welding Coordinator will be responsible for the internal welding processes qualification and welding operators training, he will: • Approve the feasibility studies of new products and the preliminary welding process design • Co-develop quality strategic plan and execution on products and manufacturing processes • Collaborate with the Quality Manager in the definition of the quality KPI • Supervise the activities of the quality team ensuring their correct execution • Share the related results and information with the Quality Manager producing analytical reports • Cooperate with Suppliers in order to coach and improve their quality culture The ideal candidate has: • An IWE (International Welding Engineer) or IWT (International Welding Technologist) or IWS (International Welding Specialist) documented certification as per the IIW (International Institute of Welding) or EWF (European Welding Federation) • Technical background developed in manufacturing industries • Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality system, writing and control of quality system documentation • Good knowledge of ISO 3834, Welding Quality Assurance • Significant experience within Quality Management system preferably as Supplier Quality Specialist • Ability to use technical tools and equipment for quality assurance • Knowledge of Quality Methodologies (DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP) • Knowledge of Problem Solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5why’s, Defect Pareto, X-Y matrix) • Strong analytical and communication skills, trainer skills • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken – knowledge of German will be considered a plus. • Strong analytical and communication skill The position requires availability to travel across Europe. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (preferibilmente tedesco) costituisce requisito preferenziale; - capacità di analizzare dati e metriche per misurare l'efficacia delle strategie di comunicazione; - abilità di gestire e motivare un team, nonché di lavorare in modo collaborativo con diversi stakeholder; - eccellenti capacità di risoluzione dei problemi e gestione delle crisi; - conoscenza delle piattaforme di social media e delle strategie di comunicazione digitale. *** For our Marketing & Communication Department - and specifically within the Brand & Corporate Communication department - we are looking for a Brand & Corporate Communication Senior Specialist who will mainly be responsible for daily relations with the press and the management and implementation of corporate communication strategies to ensure a consistent and positive image of the Company and the Ducati Brand in line with business objectives and strategies. Main responsibilities: - creation, development and daily maintenance of media relations (mainly generalist and non-specialist), also taking care of drafting press releases, organising press conferences and responding to specific media requests on corporate and brand issues; - developing, implementing and managing brand communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives by defining and implementing communication plans on various channels; - drafting and reviewing content for various communication channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, annual reports and marketing materials; - constant monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of communication activities and production of performance reports for management; - co-ordination of communication projects and media events ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget; - implementation and management of the daily press review system and related platform. - Supporting the internal (HR) team in coordinating and managing internal communications dedicated to the corporate population on Brand issues; - setting up a cross-functional relationship approach within the company to ensure the exchange of information with other departments (marketing, HR, sales, etc.) and to ensure consistent and integrated communication.​ Is required: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields is preferred; - At least 5 years of experience in the field of corporate communications or public relations gained either in a corporate or PR agency context; - excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Italian; - proven experience in managing media relations and producing press releases; - excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably German) is an advantage; - ability to analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies; - ability to manage and motivate a team, as well as work collaboratively with different stakeholders; - excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills; - knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication strategies. Hosco POSITION SUMMARY Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Communicate each days activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items. Program TVs and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Adhere to quality expectations and standards. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting. Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
